OF NORTH I,IAIN STREET IJ SALD CITY
WHEREAS, there is agreement between the State of Califo m ia,
Department of Public Works, Division of Highways, and the City of
Santa Ana for highway lighting at the intersections of Eighth, Tenth,
Fifteenth, and Seventeenth Streets, and Washington Avenue, with State
fiighway Ttoute VII - Ora - 18!{. - Santa Ana (idorth Main Street), wh i_ch
has been expressed in writing and nominated Agreement x#839;
NOW, THERIi;F'ORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the P,4ayor and the Clerk
of the Council are hereby cairected to execute such Agreement for and
on behalf of the City of Santa Ana and to cause the same to be snab-
mitted to the Department of Public Works for execution by the State.
PASSED A:ND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting on the 1st d~ of December, 1958.
