A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA ORDERING CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS IN THE
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION FOR ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
N0. 198 (DAISY AVENUE)
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 58-299, the City Council declared
its intention to modify the Resolution of Intention for the im-
provement of Daisy Avenue and other streets in Assessment District
No. 198, as such proceedings were instituted pursuant to Resolution
No. 58-129; and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 58-299 duly and legally was pub-
lished as required by law, and notice of the intention to order
said proposed modification duly has been given; and
WHEREAS, a hearing has been held thereon by said city council;
and
WHEREAS, no written protests or ob~ectiona to said modification
have been filed by any interested person, and no oral objections
or protests thereto have been made to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the Sections 5231-5235 of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, said city
council declares that it has acquired jurisdiction to order the
modificati;~n proposed in said Resolution No. 58-299, and hereby
orders and directs that said modification, as specified in said
Resolution No. 58-299, be made.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted at
a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
held on the 15th day of December , 19 58 , by the affirmative vote
