A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF DAISY AVENUE AND OTHER STREW. TS
WHEREAS, the assessment for the improvement of Daisy Avenue and
other streets, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 58-129, was
filed in the office of the Clerk of the Council of said city on
December 10, 1958; and
WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have been in
accordance with law; and
WHEREAS, a public hearing on said assessment was held on Janu-
ary 5, 1959, and there were no written objections, protests, or
appeals thereto or therefrom;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
RESOLVEAS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the assessment and diagram for the im-
provement of Daisy Avenue and other streets, under Resolution of
Intention No. 58-129, be, and the same hereby is, confirmed and
approved.
SECTION 2. That the Street Superintendent shall forthwith
attach a warrant, bearing the date of this order, to said assess-
ment.
SECTION 3. That the Clerk of the Council shall certify
to the adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
