AND ABLE SERVICE 0F ERMA HUNTER, CLERK OF THE COUNCIL
WHEREAS, ERMA HUNTER has been an employee of the City of
Santa Ana since August of 1923, has acted as City Clerk, and more
recently as Clerk of the Council for said City, has ably performed
her duties in all of said capacities during the past thirty-five
· years, and does now resign and will leave the City's service on
January 9th, 1959;
NOW, TMEREFORE BE IT P~ESOLVED: That we, for and on behalf
of the citizens and employees of the City, express appreciation
and respect for the manner in which she has handled the duties
assigned to her, and regret that she is to end her public service.
We extend the wish that happiness and satisfaction will be hers
long through the future.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana 'at its regular meeting held on the 5th day of January,/ 1959.
