A RESOLU~ION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA AHA PROPOSING THE CHANGE 0F WORK TO BE DONE
IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. ~O3
WHEBEAS, by Resolution No. 58-163 of the City Council of the
City of Santa Aha, certain plans, being Plan No. AD 203, were
approved and adopted, and
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 58-175 of said city council, said
city council declared its intention to do the work as described in
said resolution and in accordance with said plans, and
W!~EREAS, the City Council has been advised by the Director of
Public Works of said city that certain changes in said plans and
work should be made,
NO~, THEREFORE, THE C~Tf COUNCIL OF THE CITY 0F SANTA ANA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That said City Council hereby proposes to
change the work described in said plans and the work described and
set forth in said Resolution No. 58-175 as hereinafter set forth.
The number in the lefthand column under "Parcel No." shall desig-
nate the location of the change as shown on said plans. The
headed "Description" shall designate the character of the change.

Said plans as proposed to be modified are on file in the office of
the City Engineer of said city and shall be open and available for
inspection.
It is estimated that the cost of the proposed changes will
increase the cost of the work by the sum of $348.10.
SECTION 2. That notice hereby is given tha~ on the 19th
day of January, 1959, at 7:30 o'clock P.M., any person interested in
the proceedings referred to in said Resolution No. 58-175, the said
resolution referring to the improvement of Sixth Street and Hawley
Street within the City of Santa Ana, as set forth in said resolution,
having any objections to the changes proposed herein, may appear be-
fore said City Council and show cause why said changes should not be
ordered, and any person interested may file written objections to
the proposed changes with the Clerk of the Council at any time not
later than the time set for hearing.
SECTION 3. The Clerk of the Council hereby is directed to
publish this resolution iu the "Santa Aha Register" at least once,
the first publication to be at least ten (10) days prior to the date
of the above public hearing.
SECTION 4. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the

adoption of this resolution.
