A P~SOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA ORDERING CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS IN THE
WORK PROPOSED TO HE DONE IN ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
NO. 203 (SIXTH STREET)
WHEREAS, by Resolution No. 59-4, the City Council declared
its intention to modify the work to be done on Sixth Street and
Hawley Street in Assessment District No. 203, as such proceedings
instituted pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 58-175;
were
and
WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 59-4 duly and legally was pub-
lished as required by law, and notice of the intention to order
said proposed modifications duly has been given; and
WHEREAS, a hearing has been held thereon by said City Council;
and
WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to said modifica-
tions have been filed by any interested person, and no objections
or protests thereto have been made to the City Council;
NOW, THEREFOHE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANADOE~
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the Sections 5231 - 5235 of
the Streets and Highways Code of the State of California, said City
Council declares that it has acquired Jurisdiction to order the
modifications proposed iu said Resolution No. 59-4 and hereby
orders and directs that said modifications as specified in said
Resolution No. 59-4 be made.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution.
