MEMORANDUM AGREEMENTS WITH THE COUNTY OF ORANGE
REGARDING CERTAIN STBk~ET WORK ON HARBOR BOULEVARD
AND TWO PORTIONS OF SEVFJ~TEENTH STREET
WHEREAS, the Board of Supervisors of Orange County has by
Resolution adopted procedure for the administration of the Arterial
Highway Financing Program, regulating that portion of the California
Highway Users Tax Fund which is retur~ed to the Cities for street
work; and
WHEREAS, agreement has been reached between the parties hereto
regarding street work on Seventeenth Street, between Santiago Avenue
and Graud Avenue, and between Tustin Avenue and the East City Limits
of Ssnta Ana, and on Harbor Boulevard between the North property
line of Voit Rubber and the South property line of Standard Pressed
Steel; and
~tEREAS, three separate documents entitled MEMORANDUM OF AGREE-
~IENT have been prepared by the County of 0rs~ge, covering the above
referenced three sections of street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the three doctunents, each
nominated LUgI~ORANDUM OF AGRE. ED~ENT providing for street improvements
on Harbor Boulevard and Seventeenth Street at the locations above
referred to are hereby approved, and the Mayor and the Clerk of the
Council are hereby directed to execute the same for and on behalf of
the City.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 19th day of J~uary, 1959.! /
