RESOLUTION N0. 59-23 AUTH~ IZING EXECUTION OF MEMORANDUM
AGB-EEMENTS W~ TH ~--~OUNTY OF ORANGE FOR STREET WORK ON
HARBOR BOULEVARD AND SEVENTEENTH STREET, AND RESCINDING
RESOLUTION NO. 59-19
WHEREAS, agreement has been reached between the parties hereto
regarding street work on Seventeenth Street between Santiago Avenue
and Grand Avenue, and between Tustin Avenue and the East City Limits
of Santa Aha, and on Harbor Boulevard between the North property
line of Voit Rubber Company and the South property line of Standard
Pressed Steel, with money from the California Highway Users Tax Fund
in three separate documents entitled "~0RANDUM OF AGENT" which
have been prepared by the County of Orange setting forth the condi-
tions under which they will do the work on said three sections of
street;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the three documents
hereinabove referred to are hereby approved and the Mayor s~d the
Clerk of the Council are directed to execute the same for and on
behalf of the City of S~ta Aha.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That Resolution No. 59-19 is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at their regular meeting held on Febr~ary,.,~1959. ~
