AND IMPOSING CONDITIONS ON THE GRANTING THEREOF

~EREAS, heretofore Frieda ~filed an application
for variance, and after due notice md hearing as required by law,
the Planning Commission recomr~ended to the City Council that said
variance be denied; and
WHEREAS, after consideration the City Council finds that all
the conditions for the granting of a variance are adequately met
and that said variance should be granted, with the imposition of cer-
t~in conditions;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a variance is hereby
granted on Application No. 1060 affecting certain property known
and numbered as 418 South Bristol Street, Santa Ana, California,
described as: A lot being 121.70 feet x 136 feet in the northeast
quarter of Section 14, Township 5, Range l0 West, S. B. B. & M,,
located at the northwest cor~er of Myrtle and Bristol Streets in
the City of Sm ta Aha, which property is presently zoned R-2 District,
to allow the use of the building thereon for a music studio for the
teaching of classes and individuals in instrumental music, on the
conditions as follows:
1. That the owners dedicate the southerly 30 feet of said
property, being measured northerly from the center line of Myrtle
Street and at right angles thereto, and dedicate a spandrel therein
at the corner of Myrtle ~d Bristol on a 15 foot radius, for street
purposes, and dedicate all access right along the Bristol Street
frontage of said property.
2. That no musical instruments be played upon the property
after the hour of l0 P.~on any da~ or before the hour of 8 A. M.
of any day.
3. That fourteen off-street parking stalls be provided on
said property.
4- That standard sidewalk be placed along the north side of
the right of way hereinabove provided to be dedicated on the north
side of Myrtle Street.
5. That only one
