RESOLUTION NO. 59-33 ACCEPTING D~E~D.S WHERE THE CITY IS ~
PAYING NO CASH ~0NSIDERATION
WHEREAS, FANNIE E. ~ formerly FANNIE E. MANNING, has de-
livered to the City a deed dated February ll, 1959, conveying an 7
easement for street purposes on the northerly side of Seventeenth
Street, opposite French Street; and CHARLES B. ~ and LOIS JEAN~% ~/,_?
LINGER, husband and wife as Joint tenants, an undivided one-half
interest, and ELLIS T, WESSON and L. IRENE WESSON, husband and wife
as joint tena~ ts, an undivided one-half interest, have delivered to
the City a deed dated February 16, 1959, conveying an easement for
street purposes on the northerly side of Seventeenth Street, Just
east of French Street; and
WHEREAS, J. W. LENNEY, a married man~ has delivered to the
City a deed dated Januar~ 27, 1959, conveying an easement for drain-
age purposes over the following described land: Lot "A" and the
Westerly 5.00 feet of Lot 13, of Tract No. 2843, as shown on a map
thereof recorded in Book ll2, Pages 27, 28, T,.iiscellsneous ~aps,
Records of said Orange County; and
WHEREAS, HAROLD T. 0D~RK and CLARA J. 0D~AF~t, husband and wife%~
as to an undivided one-half interest, and ROBERT D. B~AZIL and RUBY
LOIS BAZIL, husband and wife, ss to an undivided one-half interest,
have delivered to the City a deed dated February 13, 1959, conveying
an easement for street purposes on the southerly side of Edtr~er
Street, Just east of Olive Street and west of Flower Street, and
all vehicular access rights to Edinger Stree~ from the lands south
of the south lir~ of such property, and an easement for street pu~-
poses over the west side of Flower Street so~$h of Edinger, and all
vehicular access rights to Flower Streets fr~ the lands lying west
of the west line of such parcel, except as provided in the aforesaid
deed.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Cit~ accepts said
deeds and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed
to place his Certificate of Acceptance on said deeds.
