RESOLUTION NO. 59-36
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA APPROVING MAP OF ASSESSMENT DISTRICT
FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF TOWNER STREET AND OTHER
STREETS IN THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS
FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That that certain plat or map, ~. Sheet
No. l, AD 202, prepared by the City Engineer of the City of Santa
Aha, showing the boundaries of the proposed assessment district
and all of the lots or parcels of laud included within said dis-
trict for the improvement of Towner Street and other streets all
in the City of Santa Aha, be, and the same hereby is, approved and
adopted.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the
adoption of this resolution.
APPROVED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, 195~.
