RESOLUTION DECLARING "~ RIGHT-OF-WAY" INTERSECTIONS:
BE IT RESOLVED THAT: Pursuant to the provisions of the Vehicle
Code of the State of California, Section &71.1, and Section 3201 of the Santa
Aha Municipal Code of the City of Santa Aha, the CityCc~mcil hereby declares
the following named intersection within the City of Santa Ana hereinafter
described to be a "Yield Right-of-Way" intersection, to-wit:
SHELTO~ STm~T
At the intersection of Shelton Street and M~rtle Street
that a "Yield Right-of-Way" sign shall be erected at the above intersection,
cbtrecting traffic on Myrtle Street to "Yiel..._d" to the traffic on S~elton Street;
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to cause signs to be erected
as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha at its
regular meeting held on the 16th day of February ,1959.
