RESOLUTION NO. 59-40
RESOLUTION DECLARING "THROUGH" ST~J~ET IN TH~ CITY OF SANTA ANA:
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuamt to the provisions of the Vehicle Code of
the State of California, Section ~71 (b), and Section 320& of the Santa Aha
~Auicipal Code of the City of Santa Aha, the City Council hereby declares the
following named intersection within the said City of Santa Aha hereinafter
described to be a "St~' Lutersection, to-wit:
BEVERLY PLACE
The intersection of Beverly Place and Maple Street, and all north
and south bound traffic on Maple Street shall stop before entering the
intersection.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the CounCil of the City of Samta Aha at its regular
meeting held on the 16th day of February 1959.
