RESOLUTION NO. 59-46
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
SANTA ANA CONFIRMING THE ASSESSMENT FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF SIXTH STREET AND HAWLEY STREET
WHEREAS, the assessment for the improvement of Sixth Street
and Hawley Street, pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 58-175,
was filed in the office of the Clerk of the Council of said city
on January 20, 1959; and
WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have been in
accordance with law; and
WHEREAS, at a public hearing ou said assessment, which hear-
ing was held on March 2, 1959, all written objections, protests,
and appeals thereto or therefrom were heard and considered by the
City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANADOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the assessment and diagram for the im-
provement of Sixth Street and Hawley Street, under Resolution of
Intention No. 58-175, be, and the same hereby is, confirmed and
approved.
SECTION 2. That all protests and objections of every
kind or nature to said assessment and all appeals therefrom to
said City Council be, and the same hereby are, overruled and denied.
SECTION 3. That the Street Superintendent shall forth-
with attach a warrant, bearing the date of this order, to said as-
sessment.
SECTION 4. That the Clerk of the Council shall certify
to the adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter
the same shall be in full force and effect.
