PAYING NO CASH COIWSIDERATION
W~EREAS, the D & L HOMES, INC. has presented to the City a ~,~
deed dated February 17, 1959, conveying an easement for drainage
purposes ten feet wide, between Lots 30 and 31 at the Southeast
corner of Townley Street and Marty Lane, in Tract No. 2762; and
WHEREAS, the SAI~TA AN~ ~[EDICAL ARTS, IN~. h~ presented the
City a deed dated March 5, 1959, conveying an easement for street /~
purposes over the southerly twelve feet of property on the North
side of Seventeenth Street i~ediately East of Linco~ Avenue, said
easement bei~ 560.12 feet from East ~ West; and
~REAS, 0~NTIN L. RICHARD has presented ~ ~e City a deed
dated Feb~a~ 28, 1959, conveying an easement for street purposes ~
eighteen feet wide at the Southwest co~ner of Edinger ~d Flower
Streets ruling along the South side of Edinger Street 163 feet
and along the West side of Flower Street 140.45 feet, with a spandrel
tu~ on a 25-foot radius at the co,er;
NOW, THEREFOr, BE IT RESOLVED: ~at the City accepts said
deeds without the p~ment of cash consideration therefor, and Carl
J. ~o~ton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place his
Certificate of Acceptmce upon said deeds.
