A RESOLUTION 01~ THE CITY COUNCIL 0F THE CITY 01~
~ANTA ANA CON!~IRMING TEE AEEEEEMENT ~OR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF MAIN STREET
WHEREAS, the assessment for the improvement of Main Street,
pursuant to Resolution of Intention No. 58-131, was filed in the
office of the Clerk of the Council of said city on ~ebruary 17,
1959; and
WHEREAS, all proceedings in connection therewith have been in
accordance with law; and
WP~EREAS, at a public hearing on said assessment, which hear-
ing was held on March 16, 1959, all written objections, protests,
and appeals thereto or therefrom were heard and considered by the
City Council;
NOW, THErEfORE, THE CITY COUNCIL 09 THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES
RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1. That the assessment and diagram for the im-
provement of Main Street, under Resolution of Intention No. 58-131,
be, and the same hereby is, confirmed and approved.
SECTION 2. That all protests and objections of every
kind or nature to said assessment and all appeals therefrom to
said City Council be, and the same hereby are, overruled and denied.
SECTION 3. That the Street Superintendent shall forthwith
attach a warrant, bearing the date of this order, to said assessment.
SECTION 4. That the Clerk of the Council shall certify to
the adoption of this resolution, and thenceforth and thereafter the
same shall be in full force and effect.
