RESOLUIION NO.
CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB N~iRKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH~
BE IT RESOLVED That pursuant to the provisions of the Vehtcie Code of the
Sta~e of California, Section 472, and Section 3~0I of the Santa ~a Municipai Code,
the City Council hereby estabiishes parking limitations and reguiations set forth in
Section 3213 of the~ Santa Ana ~unicipai Code, as
SPURGEON STREET
On the ~est side of Spurgeon Street between Second Street and Third Street, as
South 40 feet of the ~orth i63 feet
and said curb aIong said street shaiI be painted ~ED, and the Director of Pubiic
is hereby directed to cause the said curb to be painted as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the CounciI ~f.~he:~ity of Santa Aha at its reguiar meeting
held on the ~th day of April , 1959.
