FOR STREET PURPOS-~ALONG THE %~]ST SIDE OF HARBOR BOULE-
VARD, NORTH OF TALBERT AVENUE, WHERE THE CITY IS PAYING
CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, ANTON H, SEGERSTROM and NELLIE R. SEGERSTROM; HAROLD
T. SEGERSTROM and VE{ONICA P. SEGERSTROM; HAROLD T. SEGERSTROM,
and JEANETTE E. SEGERSTROM; HENRY T. SEGERSTROM and YVonne de C.
SEGERSTROM, and AEN SEGERSTROM have presented to tae City a deed
dated March 5, 1959, g~anting an easement for street purposes along
the westerly side of Harbor Boulevard north of Talbert Avenue;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deed granting an easement for street purposes over property in the
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of Section 34, Township
5 South, R~ ge l0 West, San Bernardino Base and ~eridian,
said point being also the intersection ~ the center line
of Harbor Boulevard and the center line of Talbert Avenue,
snd running thence northerly ~ong said center line of
Harbor Boulevard 330.00 feet ~ the City boundary of the
City of S~ ta Ana; thence westerly parallel with said center
line of Talbert Avenue to a line parallel with ~ d 60.00 feet
westerly, measured at right angles, from said center line of
Harbor Boulevard; thence southerly along said parallel line
to said center line of Talbert Avenue; thence easterly along
said center line of Talbert Avenue to the point of beginning.
Excepting that portion previously granted for street purposes,
in consideration of p~ment to grantors in the amount of :!!~635.55.
The ~ayor is directed to execute escrow instructions and amendraent
thereto, and Carl J. Thornton, the City,s designated agent, is
hereby directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance upon the face
of said deed and to have the same recorded through escrow.
