CONS IDERATION
WHEREAS, MARY ANN GILLESPIE has presented to the City a deed
dated April 8, 1959, conveying property for the constructio~ and~ ~.
maintenance of a public street, and also conveying vehicular access
rights along the frontage of the same by reserving two 35-foot areas
for driveways over property on the South side of Seventeenth Street,
East of King Street, without cash consideration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council accepts
said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is dir-
ected to place his Certificate of Acceptance upon said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Sauta
Aha at its adjourned regular meeting held on the l~th day of April,
