OF ANY INTEREST IN' THE HAR~0R BOULEVARD TRUNK SEWER
~HEREAS, heretofore Santavoit Corporation and the Segerstrom
f~mily Jointly constructed a 12-inch vitrified clay pipe sewer within
the right of wv of Harbor Boulevard, running North from Huntzinger
Road in County Sanitation District No. 7 of Orange County, California,
which said sewer line is not now in use for the transportation of
sewage; and
WHEREAS
entered into
s~ d Santavoit Corporation and the Segerstrom family have
agreement whereunder they are selling and conveying all
of their title md interest in and to said sewer line to the said County
Sanitation District No. 7, and said County S~itation Dist~ct No. 7 is
buying the same nd requires a disclaimer of right, title or interest on
the part of the City of S~ta Ana.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That that certain agreemen~ nomin-
ated "AGREEM~T FOR SALE ~¥D PURCHASE OF HARBOR BOULEVARD TRUNK SE~R"
dated April 8, 1959, between Santavoit Corporation and Anton H. Seger-
strom, Nellie Rut~ Segerstrom, Harold T. Segerstrom, Veronica P. Seger-
strom, Henry T. Segerstrom, Yvonne De C. Segerstrom, Harold T. Seger-
strom, Jr., Jeannette E. Segerstrom and Ann Segerstrom, as sellers, and
County Sanitation Dist~ct No. 7 of Or, ge County, California, as buyer,
conveying a sewer line described as:
That 12-inch vitrified clay pipe sewer located within the
right-of-way of Harbor Boulevard, a public street, being
1,973.92 feet, more or less, in length extending Northerly
along Harbor Boulevard from Huntzinger Road into the main
trunk sewer line of County Sanitation District No. I where
it crosses Harbor Boulevard, including as appurtenant thereto
all land, rights-of-way, easements, structures and any and
all improvements and appurten~ces incidental to the mainten-
ance and operation of said truck sewer;
none of which said trunk sewer line is within the limits of the City of
Santa Ana, California, is hereby approved, and the Hayor and Clerk of
the Co'~ncil are hereby directed to execute the approval and disclaimer
of interest attached to said agreement for and on behalf of the City
of Santa Ana, California.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 14th day of April,
19 9.
