A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA
ORDERING CERTAIN MODIFICATIONS IN THOSE PROCEEDINGS FOR THE
IMPROVEMENT OF ST. ANDREW PLACE AND OTHER STREETS INSTITUTED
PURSUANT TO RESOLUTION NO. 58-139
WHEREAS, the City Council, by Resolution No. 59-68, declared its intention
to order certain modifications in the work for the i~provement of St. Andrew Place
and other streets as such proceedings were instituted pursuant to Resolution
No. 58-139 and Resolution of Intention No. 58-151; and
'WHEREAS, said Resolution No. 59-68 duly and legally' was published as required
by law~ and notice of the intention to order said proposed modifications duly has
been given; and
WHEREAS, a hearing thereon has been held by said City Council; and
WHEREAS, no written protests or objections to said modifications have been filed
by any interested person, and no oral objections or protests thereto have been made
to the said City Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOW:
SECTION 1. That, pursuant to the provisions of Sections 5231-5235 of the Streets
and Highways Code of the State of California, said City Council declares that it has
acquired jurisdiction to order the modifications proposed in said Resolution No. 59-68
and hereby orders and directs that said modifications, and each of them as specifi-
cally set forth in said Resolution No. 59-68, be made.
SECTION 2. The Clerk of the Council shall certify to the adoption of this
resolution.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was adopted at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Santa Aha held on the 20th d~ of
