GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION
WHEREAS, EDWARD RETA, ~JR. and EULALIA RETA have applied for a
variance by Application No. 1088, and, after hearing, the Planning
Commission recommended the granting of a variance to permit the con-
struction of a ~ngle f~ily dwelling on the rear of applicaat's lot;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That said variance be granted
to permit the construction of a single family dwelling with minimum
size of 500 square feet, if only one bedroom, and a minimum size of
750 square feet, if two-bedroom dwelling be constructed upon the rear
of the property known and numbered as 1211 West Third Street, Santa
Ana, California, an R-2 District,
