FOR WATER LINE AND STREET PURPOSES WHERE CITY IS PAYING
NO CASH CONSIDERATION

WHEREAS, 0'Neil~!~s.~H.__a._5__tf~&Qy..i.2g and Storage, has presented to
the City a deed dated April 2, 19~9~ granting an easement for con-
struction maintenance of a water lf. ne 7 feet wide along the easSer~
ly side of South Main Street, running northerly from a Point approx-
imately ~ feet north of the easterly extension~fof the south line of
'Sunf.~ower Avelm~e 2or a distsnce of 1 0.004 feet; and
WHEREAS, Lawrence C. and Willie E. Dav~,~s have presented to the
City a deed dated February 2~, 19~9; George E. and Frieda Hasenyager~/
have presented to the City a deed dated March 6, 19~9; Herbert O.
and Jennie J. Hy~at~ have presented to the City a deed dated March ll,~'~
19~; Ralph C. and Ellen M. Andersc~ have presented to the City a ~ ?
deed dated March ~0, 19~9; and Loren W. and Mildred E. Hag.le_._r~..have ~ ~'
presented to the City a deed dated April l, 19~9, all of said deeds
conveying a 12-foot street easement along the southerly side of
Seventeenth Street, west of Grand, and said grantors have agreed to
reimburse the City for the cost of curb and gutter to be installed
along their street frontage;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds without the ps~ment of ca~ consideration to the grantors, and
Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is directed to place
his Certificate of Acceptance upon the face of said deeds.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Ana
at its regular meeting held on the 20th d~%19~9.
