to the City Council a deed dated March 30, 1959,
the payment of 33,500.00, conveying property in

in consideration of
the City of Santa
County of Or, ge, State of California, described as:
An easement for street purposes over the following:
The North l0 feet of ~e South ~ feet of the East 93 feet
of Lot 8 of the Bush Street Tract, as per map thereof re-
corded in Book 6, Page 35 of ~iscellmaeous Naps, Records of
said Orange County.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City of Santa Ana
accepts said deed, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent,
is directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance upon such deed.
