FOR FAIRVI.~.W STREET BETWEEN EDINGER STREET AND FIFTH
STREET
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission gave notice of and regularly
held a public hearing on the adoption of a precise plan showing the
street alignment of Fairview Street between Edinger Street and Fifth
Street; and
WHEREAS, the City Council regularly held a public hearing, on
nottce~ on said proposal and after said hearing finds that said pre-
cise plan should be adopted, that the proposed alignment will ~esult
in the greatest public good with the least private injury;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa Ana hereby determines smd declares that the street
alignment as shown in detail on precise plan SH-104 B, to s%ow the
alignment of Fairview Street from Edinger Street to Fifth Street,
is hereby adopted and established as the precise street alignment
for Fairview Street between said points.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
