GilmOre RESOLUTION NO. %9-107 REFUSING TO GRANT A VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO. 1092 WHERE THE PLANNING COM~ISSION RECOMMENDED APPROVAL WHERE~n Variance Application No. 1092, filed by Luther T. Gilmore, for permission to erect a one-chair barber shop facing Highland at the southeast co~ner of Highland and Bristol Streets, with sign and barber pole in front of residence on Bristol Street, and after hearing, the Planning Commissi on recommended approval; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the requested use does not meet any of the requirements for the granting of a variance; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That Variance Application No. 1092 is hereby denied.
