RESOLUTION NO. 59-117 GRANTING VARIANCE ON
APPLICATION NO. 10§'1 WHERE PLANNING COMMISSION
RECOMMENDED DENIAL
~HEREAS, heretofore after hearing, the Planning Commission
recommended that the Variance applied for by L. H. HIETT under
No. 1081 be denied; and
WHEREAS, the City Council, after study, has decided that a
Variance should be granted as hereinbelow set out.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a Variance on Applica-
tion No. 1081 is hereby granted to permit a one story apartment
with an attached garage as per the plan submitted for applicant and
in the file in the Planning Commission Office, in an R-1 District
on property known and numbered as 2.~45 Kilson Drive, Santa Ana,
California, and described as:
Lot 4, Block M, Tract 668, County of Orange, State of
California.
That applicant is deprived of uses granted to other proper-
ties by the granting of a Variance across the street and that ap-
plicant meets the requirements for the granting of this Variance.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the only conditions are that
the structure be limited to one story and attached garage be pro-
vided and that they conform to the plot plan in the Variance Ap-
plication file.
