GRANTING TEMPORARY EASEMENT TO ~TE COUNTY OF ORANGE
~5{EREAS, heretofore, the City of Santa Ana had granted a
temporary easement to the County of Orange for the establishment
of a detour during construction, and more time is needed for
completion of this work;
NOW, THEREFORE, ~ IT RESOLVED: That the Nayor and Clerk
of the Council are hereby directed to execute an easement deed
granting a temporary easement for detour purposes for a period
ending July l, 1959 over and across property designated as
Parcel C in Easement Deed recorded December 26, 1958
in Book 4528, pages 542 t~ough 545, Official Rec-
ords of Orange County, California
and the Clerk of the Council is authorized to deliver the same to
said County by delivering it to STANLEY E. KRAUSE.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 18th day of MayF 1~59.
