RESOLUTION NO. ,59-134

ESTABLISHING A PEDESTRIAN CROSSWALK A~I) RED VISION ZONES ON APPROACHES
BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 459.2 and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Section 3201 and 3224, traffic
regulations are hereby established as follows:
A PEDESTRIAN CROSSWALK across Hazard Avenue between West Street and Gates Street,
240 feet west of the centerIlne of West Street
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the street markings
and install signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code, Section 472, and the Santa Aha ~unicipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3213, traffic
regulations are hereby established as follows:
On the north side of Hazard Avenue between West Street and Gates Street,
The West 50 feet of the east 235 feet,
On the south side of Hazard Avenue between West Street ar~ Gates Street,
The west 50 feet of the east 235 feet,
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb RED to
effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described,
PASSED A~ ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
held on the 18th
