RESOLUTION NO. 59-154 DENYING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION
NO. 1125 OF LEE SCHULTZ WHEHE PLANNING COMMISSION HECOM-
MENDED APPROV~AL
WHEEAS, the Planning Commission recommended that a variance
be granted on Application No. 1125 to affect property situated at
1432 East Seventeenth Street, S~uta Ana, California; and
WHEREAS, after consideration, the City Council has determined
that said variance should not be granted;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the variance as applied
for, on Application No. 1125, is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOP~ED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on June 15th, 1959.
