RESOLUTION NO. 59-155 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION
NO. 1121~ BY MODIFI~fNG THE REC0~ENDED CONDITIONS
WHEREAS, after hearing on Variauce Application No. 1121, the
Planning Commission found that all the Justifications for the grant-
ing of said variance did exist, and reconnnended that the City Council
grant the same, on certain conditions, and the City Council finds
that condition (a) of said recommendation should be modified;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a variance is hereby
granted on Application No. ll21, to permit the establishment and
operation of a trailer park under the conditions set forth in Plan-
ning Commission Resolution No. 5142, except that said Planning
Commission recommendation designated (a) is hereby amended to read:
That a concrete block wall or chain t. Dnk fence not less
than 5 feet high be erected along all property lines not
abutting a public street where no Eucalyptus trees are grow-
ing within l0 feet of said property line, and within six
months of the removal of any Eucalyptus trees resulting ~
in not less than 200 feet of such property line being no
closer than l0 feet to any Eucalyptus tree trunk, that the
area or gap so created be filled with such a block wall or
chain link fence, and that a block wall of not less than
3 feet in height be constructed along all street lot lines,
except at entrances and exits to and from the property.
The property affected hereby is numbered 2740 West First
Street, Santa Ana, California.
