FREE1~AY AGREEME~.~'~-~-0'~ PORTIONS OF VII-ORA-43-S.A.
WHEREAS, the State of California, Department of Public Works,
has presented to the City a Freeway Agreement covering a portion of
the Newport Fre_ewa~, Road VII-0RA-43-S.A.~ between the Santa Ana
city Limit near Second Street and the Santa Aha City Limit at Seven-
teenth Street, which Agreement has been reviewed and approved by
the Director of Public Works;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Freeway Ag~eem~t
hereinabove referred to is hereby approved and accepted, and the
Mayor and the Clerk of the Council are directed to execute the same
on behalf of the City of Santa Ana.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regula/~ meeting held on the ~ of June,/ 1~9~9.

I, MARION SUTTNER, do hereby certify that I am the Clenk of
