IS PAYING NO CASH C-~SIDERATION
'~HEREAS, EDWARD and LEAH MI~L~IG~A~.~.~have p~esented to the City
a deed dated February 17, 1958, granting easement for the widening
of Main Street on the East side, South of Buffalo Street; and
WHEREAS, HARRY J. and MAYA. TANC~EDI have presented to the
City a deed dated June 10, 1959, granting an easement for the widen-
ing of Seventeenth Street, on the Sc~Athside, East of Santiago; and
WHEF~AS, the SANTA MARIA PU~P AND IMPLEMENT COMPANy has pre-
sented to the City a deed dated June 4, 1959, conveying an easement~
for street purposes for the widening of Delhi on the North side,
Bristol to Baker; and
WHEP~AS, BURR~~OR~?~RAT~I~0~N~as presented to the City a deed
dated June 3, 1959, granting an easement for street purposes along
the South side of Delhi, the West side of Bristol, and for a new
street West of Bristol; and
WHEREAS, the Santa Ana School District has presented to the
City a deed dated June 10, 1959, granting an easement for drainage
purposes, running South from Monta Vista Avenue, West of Raitt Street;
and
WHEREAS, all of said deeds are offered without the City paying
any cash consideration;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, sh~dlplace
his Certificate of Accept~ce upon such deeds.
