THE CITY IS PA~TNG CASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, WILLIAN EARL PATTERSON and BLANCHE PATTERSON have
presented to the City a deed dated April 16, 1959 conveying a
small triangular parcel of la~d on the Westerly side of King Street,
South of Fifth, and a deed dated April 16, 1959 conveying land for
the alignment of King Street South of Fifth, in consideration of
the payment to them of $3,010.00; and
WHEREAS, ALLISON HONER CO., a copartnership, has presented
to the City a deed dated April lC, 1959 granting an easement for
street purposes for the Westerly side of King Street South of
Fifth and for a small triangle of property along the Southerly
side of Fifth Street, West of King, in consideration of the payment
of $5, 000.00;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds and CARL J. THORNTON, the City's designated Agent, is here-
by directed to endorse the acceptance for the City of Santa Aha
upon the face of said instruments and to provide for the recording
of the same through escrow.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 1st da~ June, 1959. /
