WHEREAS, WALTER C' COLLINS, has delivered to the City a
deed dated June 26, 1959, quitclaiming to the City that certain
real property in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange, State
of California, described as:
The South Five (5) feet of Lot B-3 as shown on a Map of
Dean's Addition to the City of Santa Ana, filed in Book
l, page 21, of Record of Surveys in the office of the
County Recorder of said Orange County;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts
said deed and Carl J. Thornton, the City,s designated agent, is
directed to place his Certificate of Acceptance upon said deed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of
Santa Ana at its adjourned regular meeting held on the 29th day
of June, 1959.
