TO INITIATE PROCEEDINGS TO CHANGE DISTRICT CLASSIFICATION
WHEREAS, certain ~eal property is in the process of being
annexed to the City of Santa Aha and will come into the City with
an R-1 zoning; and
WHEREAS, a part of said property is being considered for commer-
cial use, is next commercially zoned property, fronts on a bus~ street
and will have a Freeway immediately behind it;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the Planning Commission
of the City of Sauta Ana is hereby requested to initiate proceedings
to change the district classification of that certain real property
in the County of Orange, State of California, described as:
Assessor's Parcel Numbers 62-140-11 and 62-140-16, the same
being a portion of Lot i of the Felipe Yorba Tract, as per map there-
of recorded in Book 4, page 206, Miscellaneous Records of Los Angeles
County, California, from R-1 District to C-1 District.
