MENT OF A PORTION OF AN UlfNAMED ALLEY RUNNING SOU~
FROM WASHINGTON AVENUE
WHEREAS, heretofore, on the 1st day of June, 1959, the City
Council adopted Resolution No. 59-1~3 declaring its intention to
vacate an unnamed alley therein described, which Resolution was
published and posted as required by law; and
WHEREAS, public hearing was duly held thereon upon July 6,
1959, upon due notice, and after hearing, the Council has decided
that a portion of said alley should be vacated.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Aha hereby finds that a portion of the unnamed
alley running South from Washington Avenue between Logan Stree~
and Lincoln Avenue is unnecessary for present or prospective street
purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereby makes
its order vacating and abandoning for street purposes, that portion
of an unnamed alley in the City of Ss~ta Aha, County of Orange,
State of California described as:
That portion of an unnaned alley being 15~ feet wide and
lying south of the southerly line of Lot 10, Block A in
Hawkins Addition and ~unntng South from Washington Avenue
between Logan Street and Lincoln Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on
