INCUMB~T DErUTY CITY ATTORNEY
WHEREAS, the posit&on of Deputy City Attorney h~s been established and Ronald Harold Bevins ~ been employed as
Deputy City Attorney of the City of Santa Ana; and
WHEREAS, the position has been assigned a schedule number in the Salary Schedule and is now t~e desire of the
Comncil to increase the monthly salary of the present incumbent without presently making any chang~ in the schedule
nu~oer or step assigned to said position on the S~lary Sched~_le;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That in addition to the regular salary paid to Ronsld Harold Bevins each month
under the provisions of Resolution No. 58-213, he shall receive the sum of $100.OO each month to ha paid in the same
manner, at the ssme time, and by the same instrmment as his reg~ular salary presently provided for b D~ Resolution
~No. 58-213 is paid, and that this Resolution shall tske effect and this adai~zenal s~L o~ paid from ~he 1st day of
July, 1959.
