DECLARING YIELD RIGHT OF WAY INTERSECTION:
BE IT RESOLVED: That p~rsuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section &71.1 and the Santa Ana Ymnicipal Code, Section 3201, traffic regula-
tions are hereby established as follows:
"Yield Right of Way" signs designatie~Baker Street to "Yield" to Bishop Street.
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to install these signs
to effectuate the regulatio~ as hereinabove described.
ALSO BE IT RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code Section &72, and the Santa Aha Mmmicipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3213,
traffic regulations are hereby established as follows:
South side of Bishop Street between Baker Street and Rosewood Ave. - W. 20 feet
North side of Bishop Street between Baker Street and Rosewood Ave. - W. 20 feet
South side of Bishop Street between Baker Street and Bristol Street- E. 20 feet
North side of Bishop Street between Baker Street and Bristol Street- E. 20 feet
East side of Baker Street between Bishop Street amd Myrtle Street - South 20 feet
East side of Baker Street between Bishop Street and Richland Ave. - North BO feet
West side of Baker Street between Bishop Street and Raymar Street - North 20 feet
West side of Baker Street between Bishop Street and M~rtle Street - South 20 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb RED to
effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPteD by the Council of the City of Santa Ana at its regular meeting
