A PORTION OF SULLIVAN STREET
WHEREAS, on July 20, 1959, the City Council adopted Resolu-
tion No. 59-185, declaring its intention to vacate a portion of
Sullivan Street, which said Resolution was published and posted
as required by law; and
WHEREAS, public hearing was duly held on the 8th day of
September, 1959, upon due notice in said Resolution and said notices
contained.
NOW, THEREFORE, ~E IT RESOLVED: That the City Council here-
by finds from all the evidence submitted that the portion of
Sullivan Street herein described is ur~em~s~ for present or
prospective street purposes.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That the City Council hereb~makes
its order vacating and abandoning for street purposes that portion
of Sullivan Street in the City of Santa Ana, County of Orange,
State of California, described as:
That portion of Sullivan Street between the South line
of Caster Street and the South boundary of Tract No. 2511,
as per map thereof recorded in Book ll3, Pages 29, 30,
31, 32, 33 and 34 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of said
Orange County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Ana at its regular meeting held on the 8th day of September , 1959'
