RESOLUTION NO. 59-232 DENYING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on
notice and recommended the granting of a vari~uce to allow property
known and numbered as lllll East Fifth Street, Santa Ana, Califor-
nia, in an R-2 District to be used for a period of one year for
the repair of automobiles on condition that no car sale or storage
be permitted, and that no more thmu three cars be parked outside
of the garage at any one time, and the City Council disagrees with
the granting of said variance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council finds
that the requirement for the granting of a variance is not met by
Variance Application No. ll?0, therefore the same is hereby denied.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
its regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1959.
