IS PAYI~'[G NO CASH CONSIDERATION
~4UtEREAS, ELSA REUTER ARMST~_~G~ has presented to the City a y~'
deed dated August 21, 1959, granting an easement for street purposes
for the widening of North Nain Street on the East side, North of 20th
Street; and
WHEREAS, LOUIS J. CELLA, JR. and MARIAN N. CELLA, and EUGENE
B. SIVE have presented to the City a deed dated August 19, 1959, /~
granting an easement for street purposes for the widening of North
Nain Street on the East side, North of 20th Street; and
WHEREAS S~T~A~.~AN~.A~.~M~E~D~I~C~A~L.m~, INC. has presented to the City
a deed dated August 7, 1959, granting an easement for all vehicular ~0~'~
access rights to Seventeenth Street, on the North side, East of
Lincoln; and
~R~S, ~ N~TIONAL ~RUST ~ SAVINGS ASSOCIATION
have presented to the City a deed dated August 10, 1959, granting all
vehicular access rights to Tenth Street on the South side, West of ~0~
Spurgeon Street;. and
WHEREAS, ~URROU~CQ~~ has presented to the City a deed
dated July 15, 1959, granting all vehicular access rights to .Bristol,)~
Delhi, and Segerstrom Streets; and
WHEREAS, C~N~ARK INVESTS~_ __~ CO., INC. has presented the
City a deed dated September 2,
purposes over Susan .Street and
and
1959, granting an easement for street
Pendleton Avenue, North of Delhi Road;
W~HEREAS, ALBERT BRUNIN_.~G~and BLANCHE BRUNING have presented to
Quitclaim..
the City a/deed d~DeG August 18, 1959, quitclaiming any interest to ~
an Irrigation Line across King Street, North of First Street; and
~{EREAS, ARTHUR HERBERT SH_~P_~Y and BETT~ ANN SHIPKEY, and
GERALD W. SHIPKEY and CLAIRE SHIPKEY have presented to the City a deed
granting an easement and right of way for street and highway purposes
over the North side of Edinger, West of Sullivan Street; and ~
WHEREAB, in none of the above-mentioned cases is the City
paying any cash consideration for such land or access;
NOW, THEREF0~E, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deeds, and Carl J. Thornton, the City's designated agent, is here-
by directed to place his Certificate of Approval upon the same.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 8th day of September, 1959.
