RESOLUTION NO. 59-247 GRANTING VARIANCE ON APPLICATION NO.
1171, BUT MODIFYING RECOMmeNDED CONDITIONS

WHEREAS, after hearing the Planning Commission found that all
the Justifications for the granting of a vari~ce on Application No.
llT1 did exist, and recommended that the City Council grant the same
on certain conditions, and the City Council finds that one of the
conditions should be modified;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That a variance is hereby
granted to permit the location of a trailer park on property in the
County of Orange, State of California, described as:
~Commencing with the N. W. Corner of the land deeded December
9, 1876, from H. H. Roper to C. G. Linington et al; by deed
recorded in Book 52, Page 233, Deeds of Record, L. A. County,
California, running thence West 19.15 chains; thence Souther-
ly 8.36 chains; thence East 19.15 chains; thence North 8.36
chains to the point of beginning. Containing 16 acres more
subject to all of the conditions set forth in Planni~ Commission
Resolution No. 5216, EXCEPT that no dedication for Willits Street
is reqDired.
PASSED A~ ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa
Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of September, 1959.
