IS PAYING $18,00~ASH CONSIDERATION
WHEREAS, MABEL E. CARLSON has offered to the City a deed
dated September 17, 1959, granting real property known and number-
ed as 1015 West Sixth Street, S~ta Ana, Cslifornia, in considera~
tion of the sales price of ~18,000.00.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deed and directs the Clerk of the

HRB, with the Orange County Title
Council to fi~ a certified copy
said deed, in Escrow No. 387532-
Company for recording, and to
furnish a certified copy of this Resolution to the Finance Depart-
ment as their a~Gthorization for the deposit of ~18,000.00 in said
escrow in accordance with the terms of the Escrow Instructions.
