Home My WebLink About59-259Counties Gas Co RESOLUTION CONCERNING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKING.q IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITHI BE IT RESOLVED5 That pursuant to the ~rovisions of the California Vehicle Code, Section !21458~ the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3215, traffic regulations are herekyestablished as follows5 On the east side of Main Street between Seventh Street and Eighth Street as follows5 The southerly 99 feet of the northerly 136 feet. It is expressly provided, however, that no person shall stop, -stand or park any vehicle in said 24-minute parking zone between the hours of 3500 P.M. and 6500 P.M. of any day, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb GREEN and install signs for "24-minute parking" to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED! That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code, Section ~;,~%4%~d the Santa Ana Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3215, the City declares that portion of: Resolution 53-36 adopted on the 16th day of March 1953, ordering the curb painted GREEN on the north side of Second Street between Sycamore and Broadway as follows, The east 63~ feet of the west 205 feet are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the ~irector of Public Works is here~directed to cause the paint to be removed or covered on said curbs and signs to be removed. pASSED A~ ADOPTED by the Council of the City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting held on the 21st day of Septel~ber 1959.
