FUTURE RIGHT OF-WAY-LINES ALONG BOTH SIDES OF HARBOR
BOULEVARD BETWEEN PROPOSED GARDEN GROVE FREEWAY AND PRO-
POSED SAN DIEGO FREEWAY, SIXTY FEET FROM CENTER LINE
WHEREAS, the Planning Commission, after public hearing held
September 14, 1959, has recommended that future right-of-way lines
be established as hereinbelow set out:
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City Council of the
City of Santa ADa declares its intention to establish setback lines
under the designation of Future Right-of-Way Lines, as follows: (m) Harbor Boulevard.
On both sides, between proposed Garden Grove Freeway
and proposed San Diego Freeway, measured 60 feet from
and at right angles to the surveyed center line.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 2nd day of
November, 1959, in the Council Chambers, City Hall, 3rd and Main
Street, Santa Ana, California, is hereby established as the hour
and place when all persons having any objection to the establishment
of said future right-of-way lines may appear and be heard.
BE IT FURT~ER RESOLVED: That the Clerk of the Council is
directed to publish a copy of this Resolution once in the Register
and the Department of Public Works is directed to post copies of
this Resolution along said streets in front of each block, or part
thereof, where such lines are proposed to be established. Both pub-
lication and posting shall be completed at least ten (10) days be-
fore the time of said hearing.
