IS PAYING CASH ~RATION
WHEREAS, J~a single man, a~d EDWARD J.
COSTELLO, a single man, have presented to the City a deed dated
October 9, 19%9, granting an easement for street purposes for
the widening of Seventeenth Street east of Tustin Avenue, over
property as described in said deed, and subject to certain con-
ditions as covered in Escrow Instructions, Escrow No. 43874-0,
with the Security Title Company; and
WHEREAS, the City is paying to the parties named above the
cash consideration of $3,759.00 for said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: That the City accepts said
deed and directs Hugh H. Foreman, the City's designated agent, to
place his Certificate of Acceptance upon such deed and to deliver
the same through said escrow.
