CO~ICERNING PARKING LIMITATI(2NS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANOE THEREWITH~
BE IT RE$OLV~D~ That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code,
Section 21458, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3215, the City
declares that portion
RESOLUTION 54-252 adopt.ed on the 20th day of December 1954 ordering the curb painted
white on the south side of Fourth Street between Forest and Pacific Avenue located
as follows~
The easterly 50 feet of the westerly 150 feet
are hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed
to cause the paint to be removed or covered on said curbs and the signs to be removed.
BE IT ALSO RESOIJJ~D~ That pursuant to the provisions of the CalifOrnia Vehicle Code,
Section 21458, and the Sonta Ana Municipal Code, Sections 3~01 and 3215, traffic
regulations are hereby established as follows: The south side of Fourth Street between
Forest Avenue and Pacific Avenue as follows:
Easterly 218 feet of the westerly 228 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb GREEN and install
.signs to effectuate the regu~tion as hereinabove described.
BE IT FURTHF~R RESOLV~D~ That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code, Section 21458, and the Santa Aha Municipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3213, traffic
regulations are hereby established as followslY The south side of Fourth Street between
Forest Avenue an~Pacific Avenue as followsl
West 10 feet
and the Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb R~D to effectuate
the regulation as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE Council of the City of Santa Aha at l~agular meeting held
