FUTURE RIGHT OF WAY LINES ALONG WILLITS-BISHOP STREET,
DELHI ROAD AND CHESTNUT AVENUE
WHEREAS~ the Plannimg Commission~ after public hearing~
has
recommended that future right of way lines be established as here-
inbelow set out;
NOW~ TNEREFORE,'BE IT RE~0LVED: That the City Council of
the City of Santa Ana declares its intention to establish Setback
lines under the designation of Future Right of Way Lines~ as follows:
(p) Willits - Bishop street
On both sides~ between proposed Fairview Street and
Standard Avenue, measured 42 feet from and at right angles
· to the survey center line.
(q) Delhi Road
On both sides~ between Harbor Boulevard and proposed
Fairview Street, 52 feet measured from and at right angles
to the'survey center line.
On both sides, between proposed Fairview Street and
Rene Drive~ 59 feet measured from and at right angles to
the survey center line.
On the north side~ between Rene Drive and Bristol
St~eet:$ %2 feet measured from and at right angles to the
survey center line.
On the south side~ between Rene Drive and Bristol
Street, 60 feet measured from and at right angles to the
survey center line.
On the north side between Bristol Street and Standard
Avenue, 40 feet measured from and at right angles to the
survey center line.
On the.south side between Bristol Street and Standard
Avenue~ 54 feet measured from and at right angles to the
survey center line.
On both sides between Standard Avenue and proposed
Newport Freeway~ ~2 feet measured from and at right angles
to the survey center rine.
On bot~ sides~ between Main Street and the Pacific
Electric Ramlroad~ 40 feet measured from and at right
angles to the survey center line.
On the north side, between the Pacific Electric Rail-
road and the east City Limits, 32 feet measured from and
at right angles to the survey center line.
On the,south side~ between the Pacific Electric Rail-
road and the east City Limits~ 52 feet measured from and
at right angles to the survey center line.
BE IT FURTHER RE~0LVED: That 7:30 P.M. on the 7th day of
December~ 1959~ in the Council Chambers~CitY Hall~ 3rd and Main
Streets~ Santa Ana~ California is hereby established as the hour and
place when all persons having any objection to the establishment of
said Future Right of Way lines may appear and be heard.
That the Cler~ of the Council is directed to publish this Reso-
lution once in the Register. The Department of Public Wor~s is direct-
ed to post copies of this Resolution along said streets in front of
each block or part thereof where such lines are proposed to be estab-
lished. Both publication and posting shall be completed at least ten
days before the time of said hearing.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Santa Aha
at its regular meeting held on the 2nd day of November~ 19%9.
