CONCEDING PARKING LIMITATIONS AND CURB MARKINGS IN ACCORDANCE THEREWITH:
BE IT R~OLVED: That pursl,-~t to the provisions of the California Vehicle Code
Section 21458, and the Santa Aha Municipal 0ode, Sections 3201 and 3215, the City

declares that portion of: RESOLuTION~5-247 adopted on the 26th~ day of September
195~ ordering the curb painted yellow on the west side of Sycamore Street between
First and Seconal located as follows:
North 20 feet of the South 196 fe~t
is hereby repealed and rescinded, and the Director of Public Wokks is hereby
directed to cause the paint to be removed or covered on said curbs and the signs
to be removed.
BE IT ~'u~iTHER RESOLVED: That pursuant to the provisions of the California Vehicle
Code, Section 21458, and the Santa Ana M,~n~cipal Code, Sections 3201 and 3218,
traffic regulations are hereby established as follows: The west side of Sycamore
Street between First and Second Street located as follows:
North 37 feet of the South 169 feet
and t he Director of Public Works is hereby directed to paint the curb I,:~.T.0W
and install signs to effectuate the regulation as hereinabove described.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the council of tJae City of Santa Aha at its regular meeting
held on the 2~d day of November 1959.
